Nomex clothing: Omaha neck gaiter.

The Omaha is a stretchy Nomex® neck gaiter designed by Outdoor Research offering multiple configurations for maximum flexibility of coverage. It can be worn as neck protection, nose and mouth protection, and/or head protection. This high-performance neck gaiter is available in a choice of two proprietary Massif fabrics that are not available anywhere else.

Outdoor Research's unique design provides comfort and protection in a broad range of conditions. Flat-seam construction produces a smooth feel and reduces chaffing and discomfort.


Fabric Options

1. Midweight Option: Massif HotJohns fabric is a soft, stretchable Nomex® fabric designed to keep you warm and dry on cool and wet days. Insulates when wet and wicks sweat away from skin.
 
2. Lightweight Option: Massif Cool Knit fabric is a unique, lightweight Nomex® fabric designed to keep you as cool as possible on warm and hot days. Soft, stretchy, extremely light weight, wicks sweat away from skin.

Like all Massif Nomex® fabrics, both HotJohns and Cool Knit pass the stringent ASTM D6413/F2302 standard for flame-resistance.
