Massif® garments are built to work seamlessly as individual layers or all together as a layered system with a base, mission-specific, and outer layer to create a full end-user ensemble. CWAS Women’s Fit (FR) With Battleshield X® Fabric

The Elements™ Jacket – CWAS (Cold Weather Aviation System) – Women’s Fit is designed to eliminate unnecessary bulk for superior comfort and performance for the female aviator. The jacket offers in-flight, world-class performance with a low-profile ergonomic fit for ease of tight space maneuvering to access needed gear and hose port systems. This is made with the Massif Battleshield X® FR fabric, a flame-resistant nylon-faced laminate featuring WINDSTOPPER® technology by GORE-TEX® LABS. Constructed with DuPont™ Nomex® brand fiber, this softshell jacket offers exceptional breathability, durability, and a high warmth-to-weight ratio – while being a testament to Massif®’s determination for exceptional performance in the most challenging environments.

We chose the Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) Company G, 1st Battalion, 189th Aviation Regiment (G/1-189 AVN) (MEDEVAC) as the subject of our most recent Massif Films® production. Shot on location in Oregon by Jared Cruce Studios, the inspiring and award-winning film focuses on Captain Alexis McRobert and her crewmates because they spoke to a value that has always rested at the Massif® core: Don’t say it. Do it. This focus on action has taken McRobert to the top of her specific field as an aviator.
